Welcome to MrFurnit.com. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or rental order.

1. General

  • MrFurnit.com (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a furniture manufacturing and rental company based in Mumbai.

  • By placing an order (purchase or rental), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products & Services

  • All furniture is manufactured and/or sourced by MrFurnit.com.

  • Product images are for representation purposes only; actual product colors, textures, or finishes may vary slightly.

  • Rental furniture is provided in good condition and must be used responsibly.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our website or authorized representatives.

  • Full payment (for purchases) or the first rental installment + security deposit (for rentals) must be made before delivery.

  • We accept online payments, UPI, bank transfers, and other modes as specified on our platform.

4. Rental Terms

  • Rental furniture remains the property of MrFurnit.com at all times.

  • A refundable security deposit is required before delivery. Deductions may apply for damages, stains, or missing items.

  • The minimum rental period will be as specified at the time of booking. Early termination may attract cancellation charges.

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the furniture in good condition during the rental period.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timelines are subject to product availability and location within Mumbai & Pune.

  • Standard delivery and installation are included unless otherwise specified.

  • Customers must ensure accessibility (e.g., stairways, lifts) for smooth delivery. Additional charges may apply for difficult access.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Purchases: Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Rentals: Furniture may be returned only after the completion of the agreed rental period. Early termination charges may apply.

  • Refunds (including deposits) will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.

7. Liability & Warranty

  • We provide a limited warranty on purchased products against manufacturing defects. Warranty details may vary by product.

  • MrFurnit.com is not liable for damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or natural wear and tear.

  • In case of rentals, any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be chargeable.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Customers agree not to sub-let, resell, or misuse rental furniture.

  • Furniture must be kept in a clean, safe environment, free from pests, moisture, or extreme weather exposure.

9. Termination of Services

  • MrFurnit.com reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any service in case of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
