1. Returns for Purchased Furniture

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damages reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To request a return, please share order details and clear photos/videos with our customer support team.

Furniture must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.

Custom-made furniture is non-returnable unless defective.
2. Cancellations (Purchases)

Once production/shipping has started, cancellations may not be possible or may incur charges.
