1. Returns for Purchased Furniture

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damages reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To request a return, please share order details and clear photos/videos with our customer support team.
Furniture must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
Custom-made furniture is non-returnable unless defective.

2. Cancellations (Purchases)

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
Once production/shipping has started, cancellations may not be possible or may incur charges.

3. Refunds for Purchases

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
In case of replacement, timelines will depend on product availability.
